Vitamin C

Mandarins are packed with vitamin C, which helps boost your immunity and protect you against certain cancers. Plus, their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties keep skin looking young and healthy.

Citrus fruits contain high levels of beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin, antioxidant compounds which give orange and other citrus fruits their vibrant hue.
