This food was developed and tested over several years on one of the largest collections of New Caledonian Geckos. It contains a high percentage of fruits and veggies for variety; whey protein isolate, egg whites and bee pollen to increase protein intake; probiotics to aid digestion and health; as well as low levels of oxalate/phytate to ensure optimal calcium absorption for healthy eggs.
All Pangea Complete Gecko Diets come in dry powder form and must be mixed with water before use. Some diets tend to thicken with time, which is completely normal as long as the mix remains fresh and thoroughly mixed. Over time, geckos may develop preferences for one consistency over another and will adapt their eating habits accordingly.

Pangea diets should be mixed using a ratio of one part dry mix to two or three parts water, then shaken or stirred to make an ideal food mix for your gecko(s). Some varieties (Watermelons Mango Apricot Papaya etc) tend to thicken over time so mixing larger batches is often recommended to ensure you don’t have to prepare and offer new meals daily. Many customers have found using small plastic squeeze bottles like those found at diners for ketchup works very effectively for dispensing diet into feeding cups!
