Apricot

Pangea gecko food is an irresistibly tasty blend of apricots, bananas and other fruit which crested geckos love to consume. It features an ideal ratio between calcium and phosphorus content making this an excellent food option for crested gecko species.

This diet contains high concentrations of oxalic acid which may be toxic to some crested geckos and should only be offered as treats in limited amounts.

This diet offers a varied mixture of proteins, such as eggs, whey and casein. Incorporating vegetables with fruits provides an irresistibly sweet treat that most geckos enjoy. Ideal for breeding crested geckos as this diet contains all of the necessary nutrients that female crested geckos require to produce stunning eggs; New Caledonian geckos, chahoua and gargoyle geckos can all enjoy this diet; just make sure that live insects are offered once or twice each week as an additional boost.

Papaya

Pangea offers industry-leading diets for crested geckos and other New Caledonian frugivorous reptiles. Their Watermelons Mango formula provides similar nutrition; however, this mix offers higher omega fatty acid levels with double the number of crickets, black soldier fly larvae & organically-grown mealworms to offer extra omegas! Geckos love this diet; try offering this mix daily while mixing in other Pangea formulas to provide variety!

Watermelon

Crested geckos love the taste of fresh watermelons and it can add some much-needed variety in their diets. Just be sure to remove the seeds as these may pose a choking hazard or be difficult for them to digest.

Watermelons, like many fruits and vegetables, contain Vitamin A, B6, C, potassium and other essential vitamins and minerals. Studies suggest it may help reduce inflammation while improving eye health; in fact, one watermelon compound, called lycopene has even been proven to protect humans against age-related macular degeneration!

Pangea offers a powdered watermelons diet designed to meet the dietary requirements of crested geckos, chahoua geckos and leachianus lizards. This low protein option may be given occasionally alongside their regular feeding of live insect prey or it can even replace them completely as their sole food source. Fig & Insects

Pangea provides six complete gecko diets that feature powdered fruits such as banana, apricot, mango, papaya and watermelons in each formula. Their new offering, “Fig with Insects,” uses fig as the main base instead of banana to please those crested geckos who do not care for banana-flavored foods; additionally it includes crickets, black soldier fly larvae and organically grown mealworms for increased Omega fatty acid content.

This food is designed with minimal levels of oxalates and other anti-nutrients to make an ideal crested gecko diet for breeding purposes. Feed it once every other day during breeding season for maximum fertility; supplement it with occasional insect feedings for variety and enrichment.
